How to Use:

  1. Enter your Start Time and End Time using the hhmm format (like 0900 or 1330).
  2. Use the dropdown to pick AM or PM if you’re in 12-hour mode.
  3. Set how many Break Minutes to subtract from the total.
  4. The total time worked appears instantly on the right.
  5. Toggle “Show decimal hours” if you want to see time as a decimal (e.g., 7.5 hours).
  6. Turn on “Round to nearest 15 minutes” to smooth out totals.
  7. Switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format using the Time Format dropdown the tool auto-converts.
  8. Click Export Output to save the result as a .txt file or hit Clear All to reset.
