Interweave Numbers lets you take two numbers and splice their digits together. You can reverse, pad, or space the output however you like, and it all updates live.
What Interweave Numbers can do:
Interweave Numbers combines two numeric strings by alternating their digits. It’s designed for quick visual mixing, pairing, or encoding experiments. You can reverse the second number before interweaving, pad the shorter number with zeros to match length, or add spaces between each digit-pair. These toggles live inside the Options box, so you can mix and match behaviors in real time. The result updates live with a flashing border, and there’s a running character count just below the output.
You can also import a .txt or .csv file if you’ve already saved the two lines of numbers somewhere else. Copy, export, or reset everything with one click.
How to Use:
- Paste or type two numbers, one per line, into the Input box.
- Use the toggles in the Options box to:
- Reverse the second number
- Pad the shorter one with zeros
- Add spaces between the interwoven digits
- Watch the output update instantly on the right.
- Use Copy Output to quickly grab the result, or Export to save it as a file.
- To start fresh, click Clear All.
If you’re using a file, make sure it’s plain text with two number lines. You’ll find the file import just under the input box.
Example:
Input:
1234
567
Settings: Reverse second number: OFF, Pad shorter number: ON, Add separator: OFF
Output:15263740
Input (with reverse ON):
1234
567
Output:17362540
Common Use Cases:
Interweave Numbers is useful for creative encoding tasks, simple number mixing, or even as a teaching tool for digit-wise operations. It’s great for creating mashups of two IDs, phone digits, or constructing numeric puzzles. You control how padded or structured the output is, which makes it handy for testing digit patterns or producing visually structured sequences.
